Work stress often looks like competence from the outside. You are still delivering; you are just doing it on less sleep, with less patience, and with the sense that everything will collapse if you stop.
Therapy gives you somewhere to step outside the job and look at it. We will look at the practical load — what is really expected of you and what you expect of yourself — and at what keeps you saying yes. For many people the root is older than the job.
Tomasz works with a lot of people from demanding professions and uses CBT for perfectionism and overwork. Jonah runs walk-and-talk sessions along the seafront, which suit people who spend all day sitting at a screen.
Six to twelve sessions is common, often ending with a clearer boundary, a difficult conversation with a manager, or a decision about what comes next.

Can my employer pay?
Yes. We can invoice a company directly, and we never share anything about your sessions with them beyond attendance, if you agree to that.
I cannot get away in the day. Do you have evenings?
Tomasz and Jonah see people until 8:30pm, and Jonah runs walk-and-talk sessions on Saturday mornings.
