Sessions and fees

Individual sessions last 50 minutes and couples sessions 75 minutes. Fees are listed on the fees page and are paid after each session by card or bank transfer. Fees are reviewed each April.

Cancellations

Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a session. Later cancellations are charged in full, except in genuine emergencies, which we treat with discretion.

Confidentiality

What you say in sessions stays confidential, with the limits explained on the free call: a serious risk to your life or someone else’s, safeguarding concerns, or a court order. Therapists discuss their work anonymously in clinical supervision.

Not an emergency service

We cannot always reply the same day. If you are in crisis, call [local emergency number] or [crisis line].

Ending therapy

You can stop at any time. Where possible we suggest a final session to close things well, but it is always your choice.

Please raise any concern with your therapist or with [email protected]. If it is not resolved, you can contact [professional body]. [Replace with your professional body’s complaints procedure.]
