What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us in your message. If you become a client we keep brief session notes, your contact details and billing records.
Health information
Anything you tell us about your mental or physical health is special category data. We keep it only as long as we need it, store it securely, and never share it without your consent except where the law requires or there is a serious risk to life.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to sessions are deleted after three months. Client records are kept for seven years after the last session, then securely destroyed.
This website
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The matching questionnaire runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected].
