Anger usually has good reasons. It rises when something feels unfair, unsafe or unheard. The trouble comes when it arrives faster than you can think, or when it has been pushed down so long it comes out at the wrong people.
In therapy we slow the moment down. What happens in your body just before? What were you telling yourself? What is the anger protecting — often hurt, fear or exhaustion underneath?
Tomasz uses CBT to build practical ways of catching anger early. Jonah works more gently with the feelings underneath. When anger lives mostly in a relationship, Priya may suggest a few couples sessions alongside.
Most people notice a change within eight to twelve sessions — not an absence of anger, but more choice about what to do with it.

Is this an anger management course?
No. It is individual therapy. We will cover practical ways to cool down, but the main work is understanding what the anger is about.
My partner asked me to come. Is that a good reason?
It is a good start. Many people begin for someone else and stay for themselves.
